Volunteer
We are in a pivotal moment in the creation of the Federal Way Public Market. Volunteers have been at our foundation. Without them, we wouldn't be as far as we are today!
The Public Market will serve as a community hub to provide a gathering space to celebrate the diversity of food, art and cultures in Federal Way. It will host community events and educational opportunities for everyone.
It will energize economic development and aid local entrepreneurs. It acts to highlight local entrepreneurs and small business owners, including farmers, craftspeople and artisans. The focus on small and culturally diverse businesses will serve as an incubator. This will create new jobs and economic opportunities for all Federal Way residents.
The Federal Way Public Market aims to help our community grow more vibrant and economically prosperous place to live, work and play.

Ways to volunteer
Public Events
Are you interested in sharing our vision with the community? Are you an active listener who can be our ears for what the community wants from a Public Market? We need enthusiastic people to talk to community members about the Public Market at our booth at various places, like the Federal Way Lions Car Show event on August 27, 2022.
Fundraising
We have a small team that is working on grants and finding donors. Do you have grant writing skills to share? Are you a natural born sales person? Pitching our vision to potential donors is key in bringing the Federal Way Public Market into reality.
